The municipality registrates the received information and pass it on to other public authorities, private companies and others who have statutory rights to receive the information or cooperate with the municipality The municipality deletes the information when the storage obligation expires and an eventual storage requirement is fulfilled.
When the information is stored or deleted, the municipality no longer has access to it.
You have the right to know which information the municipality has on you, and you have the right to require wrong information corrected or deleted -

Send your wish for guidance on spare time activities for your child.Guidance on spare time activities can be given to children and youngsters at the age of 0-18, who don’t attend an activity already, and the child is expected to become part of a spare time community relatively easy.
The volunteer spare time guide will contact the family and set a date for a visit at the family’s home, find out what the possible options are, contact the activity and - if necessary – come along with the child/family the first 2-3 times.
Parents can without problems fill in and send the form themselves. The form will be saved under the applicant’s NemID/MitID.
